Personal Training

As a personal trainer & certified Pilates coach, I can help you achieve your goals!

 

Training is always specifically tailored to your specific needs, interests & goals, which means that we might factor in concepts like menopause, andropause, management of puberty hormones, injury, or very specific health & fitness targets (e.g., losing weight for a big life event like a wedding, or training for your first half marathon).

What to expect? We start with a chat, where you complete a PAR-Q questionnaire (which tells me a bit more about you, and your readiness to exercise). Then we will chat about your goals, exercise likes & dislikes, and undertake a basic fitness assessment. This will help me output data that I can use to create the best fitness programme possible for you.

Our Training Space

We have a great training space that includes cardio equipment, free weights, boxing equipment and a Power Plate. You can train with me with a partner (small group training) or one-on-one - whichever helps you enjoy exercise more! If you'd like me to come and teach fitness classes to a group in a different location (e.g., Pilates classes, aerobics classes, boxercise classes), just get in touch.
