
Hi! I am a Personal Trainer, certified Boxercise, Kickboxercise & qualified Pilates instructor. I hold a valid First Aid certificate & I have a PhD from the School of Sport, Exercise & Health Sciences at Loughborough University. I also hold a Masters degree in Exercise & Health Behaviour. Teen Fitness
Being a teenager can be awesome, but it's also a time of big hormonal changes, overwhelming physical changes, major brain development & a lot of social media and screen-based activities. The combination can cause a lot of emotional (& physical!) upheaval. The great news is that it's also an amazing time to get into fitness, learn about more about the science of being a teenager, and find out how to control & benefit from your hormones (like testosterone) so they work for you.
